30-day returns
You may return most new, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions
- The item must be uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging with all hardware and instructions.
- Items that have been installed, modified, painted, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email br@santiagohill.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorization and the return address. Please do not send items back without an authorization, as they ship from and return to different warehouses.
Return shipping
If the return is because of our error, a wrong part, a damaged item, or a part that does not fit the vehicle listed on the product page, we pay the return shipping. For other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days.
Wrong fitment?
If you are unsure whether a part fits, contact us before ordering with your vehicle year, make, model, and trim. Confirming first is faster than a return.
