Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Items ship from warehouses in the United States. Large items such as trailer hitches ship by ground carrier and may arrive separately from smaller items in the same order.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email br@santiagohill.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
